Changes to my study Program

I am currently immersed in the fascinating world of Theatre Design and I couldn't be more excited about my academic journey. However, as with any educational journey, there are certain aspects I'd like to share about my experience so far.

Let's start with the curriculum. While I appreciate the theoretical foundation it provides, I sometimes feel it could be more concise. Some subjects seem repetitive and tangential to what is really important in design. Practical classes are where I thrive, and I wish there were more hours dedicated to hands-on learning. One semester feels insufficient to grasp everything.

The workload can be overwhelming at times, making me feel older than my years. Balancing assignments and projects can be a challenge.

Now about our facilities - they leave a lot to be desired. The outdated equipment and frequent space and infrastructure problems are less than ideal. Winter often brings leaks and our bathroom design is far from functional.

On a more positive note, the teaching methods are generally excellent. The teachers are both passionate and didactic, making the learning experience enjoyable and enlightening.

My theatre design journey has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Although there are areas that could be improved, my passion for the art of design keeps me going and I look forward to the practical challenges and creative opportunities of the future.

Time travel to the past or future

Hey there!!.

If I had a chance to hop into a time machine, I'd totally set the dial to the swinging 60s, the groovy 70s, or the rad 80s. Why? Because these decades are home to my absolute favorite music bands!

First stop: the 60s! Picture this: the energy, the excitement, and the legendary tunes of The Beatles. I'd give anything to be in the crowd, dancing to their timeless hits in a live concert. The vibe of the 60s is just magnetic!

Next, the rebellious spirit of the 70s and 80s punk and post-punk bands in the UK is calling my name. Bands like The Clash and Joy Division defined an era with their raw and unapologetic music. Experiencing their live performances would be a dream come true.

But, you know what? As much as I adore the past, I wouldn't want to stay too long. I'd miss my smartphone, streaming services, and most importantly, my loved ones.

Yet, the future also beckons. Imagine witnessing humanity colonizing Mars, exploring the cosmos, and uncovering the mysteries of the universe. It's mind-boggling and utterly tempting!
